You will command the complete lifecycle of intelligent machine development — from strategic problem framing and system architecture through mechanical design, embedded software, sensor integration, control theory, and final deployment in unstructured environments. You will take on ambiguous, high-impact challenges for global industry, logistics networks, and premier technology ventures, where your engineering decisions directly determine operational safety, system reliability, and mission success, building a lasting legacy alongside a close circle of driven partners.

Activities

As a core partner, you will own the robotic trajectory of our clients’ operations, holding every subsystem to the standards of global enterprise and industrial clients. Your work includes:

  • End-to-End System Ownership: Lead robotic solutions across their entire journey — from operational problem framing and feasibility research through CAD modeling, PCB design, embedded programming, simulation, prototyping, and final field deployment for manufacturing, logistics, and hazardous environments.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner directly with C-suite stakeholders, product leaders, and domain experts to turn complex operational bottlenecks into high-performance robotic systems that drive measurable efficiency, safety, and throughput across physical workflows.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor to global clients in automation, manufacturing, and infrastructure, diagnosing critical system failures and architecting bespoke autonomous platforms, manipulator systems, and mobile robots that reset industry benchmarks for reliability and intelligence.
  • Leadership & Execution: Set and drive the group’s robotics engineering trajectory, communicating and executing the initiatives, programs, and projects that define our market position and technical culture.
  • Research & Representation: Lead internal R&D in state estimation, motion planning, computer vision, and human-robot interaction. Author influential papers, technical case studies, and benchmarks, and represent us as a keynote speaker at premier global robotics and automation conferences.
